Seller Guidelines for Quality Assurance

At SaaSifi, we prioritize quality and ensure that all MVPs listed on our platform are well-documented, bug-free, and pass all unit tests. Here are our guidelines:

Code Quality

  • Well-Documented

    All code should be clearly commented and include comprehensive documentation to help the buyer understand how the code works.

  • Bug-Free

    The code should be free of bugs. Any known issues should be clearly disclosed in the product description.

  • Unit Testing

    All code should pass unit tests. If applicable, include the test files and instructions on how to run them.

  • Code Review

    Before listing, consider having your code reviewed by a peer or a mentor. This can help identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.

  • Continuous Integration

    If possible, use a continuous integration service to automatically build and test your code whenever changes are made. This can help catch issues early.

  • Security

    Ensure that your code does not have any security vulnerabilities. This includes things like SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and cross-site request forgery (CSRF).

Seller Responsibilities

  • Support and Updates

    Be prepared to provide support to the buyer for the first 24 hours after the sale. This could include answering questions about the code, providing updates, or fixing bugs.

  • Transparency

    Be honest and transparent about what your MVP does and doesn't do. Misleading descriptions can lead to disputes and negative reviews.

  • Pricing

    Set a fair and reasonable price for your MVP. Consider the complexity of the code, the time it took to develop, and the potential value it provides to the buyer. You can set a limit to the number of copies that can be sold. A lower availability can justify a higher price, but remember to balance this with the need to attract buyers.

  • Communication

    Maintain clear and professional communication with potential buyers. Respond to inquiries in a timely manner and provide all necessary information.

  • Dispute Resolution

    If a dispute arises, try to resolve it amicably with the buyer. If you can't reach a resolution, contact us for assistance.

  • Refund Policy

    Please note that all sales on SaaSifi are final and no refunds will be given.
